Trunk Bay
The inspiration behind this piece came from St.John, as many of my paintings do. This view in particular is the most iconic overlook on the island. Trunk is known for its beautiful white sand beach and crystal blue water. What makes this beach unique, is the underwater snorkel trail surrounding “Trunk Cay,” the small grass-covered islet that sits in Trunk Bay. I used a photo I’d taken while living there as reference for this piece. This painting currently hangs for sale in Island Dream Worx Gallery.
