How do I checkout?

After you have added items to your cart, click “CART” at the top right of the page. Once you are there, click “CHECKOUT” and you will be prompt to select your method of payment and place your order. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, apple pay and PayPal. All prices are in USD but all currencies will be accepted at the current exchange rate.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I ship everywhere in the world. All prints will be automatically shipped to the address entered upon checkout, so please make sure you have entered your address correctly. :)

How does shipping work?

For original paintings and fine art prints shipping is a flat rate of $5.00. An additional $2 is added per item after that. Ex. If you order 2 prints, shipping will cost $7. Shipping will be added upon checkout.

Merchandise products (all things other than original paintings and fine art prints) are shipped through a third party company. Their shipping cost is based on the products you order and where they are shipped to.

What paper/ink do you use?

The prints are printed on luxurious thick bright white glossy fine art paper. The prints are made with 12 archival quality pigment based inks (to put this in perspective, your standard at home color inkjet printer usually has only 3 colors). These inks are guaranteed a vivid and luminous color range to preserve the look of the original artwork, and are designed to last over 200 years without fading. Lastly, I produce each print at 600dpi, which gives insanely realistic detail that is virtually indiscernible from the original artwork (compared with the more commonly used 300dpi).

How are the prints packaged?

  • All orders containing 4x6In and 5x7In prints will be packaged in a protective plastic sleeve and shipped in a flat, padded envelope.

  • USA 8.5x11In prints will be placed into a protective plastic sleeve and rolled up in a cylindrical shipping tube. (Orders that contain several prints will be shipped flat)

  • International 8.5x11in prints will be placed into a protective plastic sleeve and shipped flat inside a waterproof envelope enforced by two sheets of rigid chipboard to ensure the envelope doesn't bend.

  • All orders containing 13x19In or 17x22In prints will be placed into a protective plastic sleeve and rolled up in a cylindrical shipping tube.

When will my prints arrive?

Prints usually take a maximum of 2 weeks (usually faster) from the time of purchase in order to be prepared for shipment, as I am hand printing and packaging each print with love and care. Prints are then shipped with First Class Mail, which according to USPS.com can take approximately 1-3 business days for USA orders. For international orders, timing will vary depending on your local customs office. Thank you in advance for your patience!

What is the return/refund policy?

If the print arrives damaged during shipment, I will gladly send you a replacement print. Please fill out the contact form and I can dispatch a new print to be re-sent to you, or refund your order in full. Please take a photo of the damaged package and print and email it to me at Sydneyreneemoses@gmail.com with your order number and a short explanation. This email is for business purposes only.

Can sold out items be brought back to store?

All prints are numbered for they are limited edition. There will only be 100 prints produced of each painting, for they are part of a collection. Once they are sold out, they are gone forever and will not be created again. For original paintings, they can only exist once, and cannot be recreated.
